3Registration & Account Management

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the platform winmy7 processed using secure and legitimate payment methods. The following terms apply:

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks), and local Malaysian bank transfers.
• Deposit processing time: Instant for e-Wallets and FPX; between 5–30 minutes for bank transfers.
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the withdrawal method and verification requirements.
• Transaction fees: winmy7 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.

All deposits made to your winmy7 account are final and cannot be reversed by the member once credited. If you encounter any issue with a transaction, please contact our support team within 24 hours.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Winmy7 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that should be read before claiming:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Each member is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once.
• Rollover requirement: All bonuses carry a rollover requirement of 10x to 20x the bonus value before withdrawals are permitted. The exact rollover requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.

• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker games or sports betting.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any activity related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Selling, transferring, or lending your winmy7 account to another party.
• Using another person's credit card or payment method without the lawful consent of the owner.
• Publishing, distributing, or transmitting any obscene, harmful, or unlawful content through our platform.

Winmy7 employs a sophisticated fraud detection system that continuously monitors all account activity. If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of an investigation.

8Account Termination & Suspension

winmy7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any Terms & Conditions set out in this document.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, collusion, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the winmy7 customer support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method once all conditions have been met and verification is complete.

9winmy7 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, winmy7 shall not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity on our platform.
• Service disruptions, system downtime, or technical issues beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Losses arising from the accuracy or incompleteness of match information or odds displayed.
• Internet connectivity or device issues that prevent you from accessing the platform.

Winmy7's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
